ROCK SPLITTER
KONG BONG RS1700-ROCK SPLITTER
HOW IT WORKS?
01
Drill a hole with a specific diameter and depth on the area to be split,
02
Rotate the splitter to the desired direction and make sure the center of the wedge is aligned with the center of the hole before inserting into it,
03
Insert 1/2 of wedge inside of the hole and move forward between the two counter wedges by hydraulic pressure, the maximum splitting force of 3000-3600 tons pushes them outwards. When there is an initial crack, the center wedge needs to be retracted,
04
Repeat the process again by 3/4 of total length of the wedges. Eventually, repeat the process again on full length of the wedges.

1st step
Insert half of the total length of wedge and
operate the Yamamoto splitter to split.
2nd step
Then insert about ¾ of the total length of
the wedge to split again.
3rd step
Finally, insert the total length of the wedge
and split to complete.
Drilling Pattern of the holes depend on the hardness and condition of the rock.
The length of the drilled holes is proportional to the production rate.
However, the hardness of the rock is the key factor that defines the distance between each hole,
which means the higher the hardness of the rock is, the shorter distance between the holes is.
Moreover, the free face is the key factor to easily split the rock.

CRUSHER BUCKET

CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY
The XG Crushing bucket has a unique, aggressive crushing motion that produces high quality cubical product, enabling the aggregates to be reused on site. It is mainly used in demolition, recycling, concrete & rock processing, roadworks & leveling.
ON SITE CRUSHING MAKE EASY
Bucket crushers are an innovative answer to crushing requirements on today's worksites. Using a rig-mounted bucket crusher, all types of inert demolition material can be crushed and re-used on site.
-
Less transportation or dumpsite cost. Crushed material can be directly re-used on site or sold to third parties.
-
For all types of inert material
-
Ideal for urban worksites
-
The use of a traditional crusher is often hindered by its size. Bucket crushers can be an alternative at urban worksites and in confined spaces.
-
Efficient crushing, big volume wide aperture bucket with large capacity.
